JUNTOS CREAMOS NUESTRO COMUNIDAD- CARACAS, VENEZUELA

Michelle created a large scale public art project in Caracas, Venezuela as part of the Feria Iberoamericano de Arte (FIA) with the support of the United States Embassy. The project is part of FIA Todo Terreno, a program where art is created in public spaces in Caracas. The project is took place in La Ciudadela park which was rehabilitated and converted to a skate park by the community in 2011. Through the creative process, residents near the park, skaters, and local artists are all working together to share their thoughts and convey how they see themselves in their community through the creation of the 180 foot long mural.
